How to order Embroidery Services

Sambodi Creations can create professional embroidery on a variety of different types of substrates

Select the type of embroidery you need

What type of item would you like embroidered?

Embroidery works differently on polos, jackets, hats, bags, and other items. The item’s fabric, thickness, shape, and available decorating area help determine the best embroidery method and design size.

Where would you like the embroidery placed?

Common locations include the left chest, sleeve, hat front, or jacket back. Choosing the placement helps determine the available design area and ensures the embroidery is sized and positioned correctly.

Does your embroidery include small text or fine details?

Very small lettering, thin lines, and intricate artwork may need to be simplified for embroidery. Because embroidery uses thread rather than ink, adjusting fine details can make your finished design clearer and easier to read.

How many colors are included in your design?

Knowing the number of colors helps us select the correct thread colors and prepare your design for production. If an exact color match is important, please provide your brand colors or other color references.

Would you like a standard or dimensional embroidered look?

Standard embroidery creates a smooth, professional finish that works well for most garments and designs. Dimensional embroidery uses raised stitching to create a bolder effect, but it is best suited to certain designs, materials, and items—especially hats.

Will the item be used regularly or in demanding conditions?

Workwear, uniforms, team apparel, and frequently washed garments may need heavier-duty items and durable embroidery. Understanding how the finished product will be used helps us recommend an option that will continue to look good over time.

Do you already have embroidery-ready artwork?

Most logos must be converted into a special embroidery file before they can be stitched. If your design has not been prepared for embroidery, it may require a one-time digitizing service.

How many embroidered items do you need?

The quantity can affect available item choices, production time, and pricing. It also helps us plan the most efficient way to complete your order.
